Asked Rick and Victor for help on replacing a rusting window well previous to home sale. They noticed that my fence gates needed repair as well and offered to do those as part of the job. They quoted a fair price and finished the work on time with quality workmanship. Rick, Victor, and their craftsmen are good guys and are easy to work with. I started by using them for a spot job but will be asking them to come back to help me complete my landscape refresh.
Rick and Cindie, along with their crew, were kind and professional to work with on our window well project. Communication was five-star, and project was completed on time and on budget. They took the time to walk the project and explain everything, taking the stress out of a rather stressful situation. They treated our property (and our little critter) with care. Rick, Cindie and Victor at Colorado Outdoor Life did a great job replacing my crumbling window well. The new window well looks great, and the clear polycarbonate cover is so much nicer than my old metal grating cover. My job was an extra challenge because they had to pull up part of my paver patio. Another company I got an estimate from wasn't able to do patio work, so I would've needed to separately hire somebody to fix the patio, but Colorado Outdoor Life could -- they re-cut the pavers to match the well's new shape, laid them back into place, and even did a decent job matching the color of my existing polymeric sand. Another challenge was that my back step, also made from bricks and pavers matching the patio, is only inches from the edge of the window well. Although it took extra effort on their part, they found a way to dig out the old window well and install the new one without damaging the step. And they went above and beyond: the sections of my patio on either side of the window well had started to slant toward the house a little as the window well deteriorated, so as they rebuilt those sections, they re-graded them to make water flow away from my foundation, like it should. I didn't even have to ask! And some of the polymeric sand elsewhere in my patio was starting to gap, nowhere near the window well and having nothing to do with it, and they fixed that up for me too, at no extra charge, just to be nice. I'm quite pleased with the job Colorado Outdoor Life did for me. Heartily recommended.
We had an amazing experience with CO Outdoor Life Landscaping. We needed to have three window wells replaced and the other three repaired. Outstanding customer service, quality work and materials, and they left the job site in better shape then they found it. All this and reasonable prices is why I highly recommend this business. We will be using their landscaping and window well services again in the future!
We had six huge window wells that were in dire need of being replaced. Rick and Cindie were able to squeeze us into their busy schedule quickly. Most of the project was completed while we were on vacation and Rick sent pictures every day to keep us updated on the progress. We came home to six shiny new window wells, sloping and drainage issues resolved and new protective covers installed. Highly recommend Colorado Outdoor Life!
We had a couple window wells replaced where water damage had caused a lot of issues. They did a fantastic job replacing those as well as the necessary landscaping mitigation so that it would not happen again. As promised, the whole yard looked better after they were done than it did before! The job was done on time, high quality work, and they even threw in some extras... They really do go the extra mile to make customers happy. We would most highly recommend them and we will be calling them for any future landscaping needs! Thank you!!
Rick and his team from the get go were extremely helpful and professional. They not only helped me stay within my budget, but had a great eye for design details that really helped my backyard pop. It was a large project to complete, and with their help I now have a wonderful backyard to enjoy all summer. Rick and his crew did some amazing landscaping at my rental property, my mother's house and her neighbor's home. Everything was completed on time and as promised at a fair price. The landscape lighting really was a nice touch and really completed the project, great job Rick!
Rick and Cindie are incredible hardworking people! Honest and genuine from the start, quoted my job on a Saturday and completed everything on Wednesday that week. They go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. I hired for them for window wells and they noticed a few safety hazards on my pavers for my 3 kids and corrected those out of the kindness of their hearts, as a single mom it was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them and so thankful our paths crossed.

Rick visited my house to take measurements and observe a failing window well that Saturday morning. Rick arranged the repair of my failing window well that Sunday morning. Rick delivered (3) custom window well covers the following Tuesday. I'm a satisfied customer!
We needed egress window wells installed for our basement bedrooms in a hurry and Rick and his team at Colorado Outdoor Life saved our bacon! We called A LOT of different companies in the area and they all said the same thing: They weren't available for weeks or months and it would be really expensive. Rick took measurements that same week and gave us a quote that was WAY, WAY, WAY better than anything else we had heard. The window wells were beautiful and the covers were the high quality metal ones that you can stand on and drive bikes over without any worries. These guys got everything installed very quickly, did a beautiful job, and were wonderful to work with. The next time we have a project, I'm only calling these guys!

The water issues I had are resolved thanks to the hard work and honesty from this company. My window well was completely redone along with patio sloping issues resolved. Rick and his guys are absolutely phenomenal. My backyard was a complete disaster from the previous owners ignoring for years. In less than two weeks Rick and his team were able to trim trees, remove stumps, tear out old grass and rocks, and replace everything. My yard now looks like a golf course. They are there when they say they will be and get the job done. You will be thrilled with the quality of work and timeliness in which they do things!

Rick was professional and refurbished my window wells to where they look like new! He also added polycarb well covers that look great.
Having contacted Rick a couple of weeks ago regarding the deteriorating window wells at my house, he came by promptly and gave me an estimate and suggestions. Within a few days he came by again with a crew who very quickly mitigated the problem window wells. Rick also suggested window well covers with locks. A few minutes ago he left after installiing the covers (with locks). His pricing was far more competitive than other companies contacted. (One company wanted $2,400 for just one window!). Rick Samu seemed really to care about my wants and needs and and was very personable throughout the project. I absolutely recommend him!

Cindy and Rich came out to preview the project on Saturday. On Sunday they had an opening and on Monday they came out and completed the job by 4 o’clock in the afternoon. The workmanship was impressive. Victor and his staff did a superb job installing new window wells and re-grading the soil away from our home.
