This one had a lot going on - and we handled all of it. New gray window well replacements, fresh polycarbonate covers with locks, a stone entryway and porch, retaining walls, a new white slope, and full landscaping cleanup. When a homeowner wants it done right, we come in and do the whole thing.

Old window wells are one of those things people ignore until water starts getting in. The corrugated steel rusts out, the cover cracks or goes missing entirely, and suddenly you've got a direct path for rain and debris straight to your basement window. We've seen it dozens of times. The fix isn't complicated - but it has to be done properly.

We replaced the wells with clean gray galvanized units and topped them off with clear polycarbonate covers framed in aluminum. These covers aren't just decorative. They let natural light through, they lock, and they keep out rain, leaves, and anything else that would otherwise collect down there. The gravel beds underneath help with drainage too - it's the whole system working together.

The exterior work ties it all together. The stone entryway and porch, the retaining walls, the shrub removal - all of it gives the home a clean, finished look that also functions better. Curb appeal and protection aren't mutually exclusive. You can have both.

Spring rains don't wait. If your window wells are old, uncovered, or filling up with debris, now is a good time to get eyes on them. We offer free inspections - no pressure, just a straight assessment of what's going on and what it would take to fix it.
