Window wells don't get a lot of attention - until something goes wrong. A rusted shell, a cracked cover, water pooling at the base, or a well that's just too small to meet egress code. These are the kinds of issues we deal with every day, and they're exactly what we had in mind when we put together this look at the range of work we handle.

From standard window well replacements to full egress window well installations cut into concrete slabs, no two jobs look exactly the same. Some are straightforward swaps - pull the old well, set the new one, clean it up. Others involve cutting through hardscape, setting rebar, and getting the surrounding concrete right so water moves away from the foundation instead of toward it. We do both, and everything in between.

Covers are a big part of what we do too. Clear polycarbonate covers with aluminum framing let light into the basement while keeping debris, animals, and water out. We install them on new wells and existing ones. If your well is in decent shape but the cover is cracked, warped, or just missing - that's a quick fix that makes a real difference in how the well holds up long-term.

We're a family-run business, so we don't have a sales team pushing upgrades you don't need. You tell us what's going on, we come out and take a look for free, and we give you a straight answer. If it needs to be replaced, we'll tell you why. If it just needs maintenance, we'll tell you that instead. Every job we do is backed by a solid warranty.

Whether your well is packed with leaves and headed for a water problem, or you need a full egress well cut in to bring a basement bedroom up to code - we've got it covered. Give us a call and let's figure out what your situation actually needs.
