Window well problems come in a lot of shapes. A well that holds water. One that's buried under pavers or concrete. An egress setup that doesn't meet code. Or just an old, undersized well that's been a headache since day one. We deal with all of it - and we know how to fix it the right way regardless of what's in the way.

Every install we do is set up to drain properly. That means the right gravel base, proper well depth, and a fit that's tight against the foundation. A wet window well isn't just annoying - it's a direct path for water to get into your basement. Getting the drainage right from the start is what separates a well that lasts from one that gives you problems every time it rains.

We work through tricky situations too. Concrete flatwork, flagstone, pavers, decks, walk-out basement egress - we've done installs in all of it. The well has to work with whatever surrounds it, and we know how to make that happen cleanly. No shortcuts, no sloppy gaps around the edges.

Covers are part of the picture too. A good window well cover keeps debris and pests out while still letting light in. Clear polycarbonate covers are popular because they don't block the window - you get protection without losing natural light down in the basement. We carry and install a range of cover options to match whatever well and window situation you've got.

Our summer sale is running now, and we're offering free inspections. If you've got a well that's been giving you trouble - or you're thinking about adding one - give us a call and we'll walk through your situation with you. No pressure, just straight answers.
