Monsoon storms don't give you much warning. One heavy afternoon downpour and suddenly you're dealing with water pooling against your foundation, backing up into window wells, and finding its way inside. It happens fast - and the damage it leaves behind is anything but quick to fix.

That's exactly why we stay busy this time of year. We install and replace window wells on all kinds of homes - next to patios, through decks, on sloped ground, tight against foundation walls. No two setups are exactly alike, and we handle each one the same way - with solid materials, clean installation, and proper drainage gravel so water has somewhere to go instead of straight into your basement.

A big part of what we do is egress window well work. These aren't just standard wells - they're built to code, deep enough to allow emergency exit, and come with an escape ladder built right in. They take more planning and more precision to install correctly. Get it wrong and you've got a liability on your hands. Get it right and you've got a safer lower level and a window that actually meets code.

Once the well is in, a quality cover is what keeps it protected long-term. We use clear polycarbonate covers with solid aluminum framing - the kind that sheds rain and hail without blocking natural light. When storm season is throwing everything it has at your house, that cover is the last line of defense between the outside and your basement window.

We offer free inspections, so if you're not sure what shape your current wells are in - or if you've been putting off a replacement - now is a good time to find out where things stand before the next storm rolls through.
