Asked Rick and Victor for help on replacing a rusting window well previous to home sale. They noticed that my fence gates needed repair as well and offered to do those as part of the job. They quoted a fair price and finished the work on time with quality workmanship. Rick, Victor, and their craftsmen are good guys and are easy to work with. I started by using them for a spot job but will be asking them to come back to help me complete my landscape refresh.

Rick and Cindie, along with their crew, were kind and professional to work with on our window well project. Communication was five-star, and project was completed on time and on budget. They took the time to walk the project and explain everything, taking the stress out of a rather stressful situation. They treated our property (and our little critter) with care. Great company and lovely people.

Rick, Cindie and Victor at Colorado Outdoor Life did a great job replacing my crumbling window well. The new window well looks great, and the clear polycarbonate cover is so much nicer than my old metal grating cover. My job was an extra challenge because they had to pull up part of my paver patio. Another company I got an estimate from wasn't able to do patio work, so I would've needed to separately hire somebody to fix the patio, but Colorado Outdoor Life could -- they re-cut the pavers to match the well's new shape, laid them back into place, and even did a decent job matching the color of my existing polymeric sand. Another challenge was that my back step, also made from bricks and pavers matching the patio, is only inches from the edge of the window well. Although it took extra effort on their part, they found a way to dig out the old window well and install the new one without damaging the step. And they went above and beyond: the sections of my patio on either side of the window well had started to slant toward the house a little as the window well deteriorated, so as they rebuilt those sections, they re-graded them to make water flow away from my foundation, like it should. I didn't even have to ask! And some of the polymeric sand elsewhere in my patio was starting to gap, nowhere near the window well and having nothing to do with it, and they fixed that up for me too, at no extra charge, just to be nice. I'm quite pleased with the job Colorado Outdoor Life did for me. Heartily recommended.
