We’re new to Colorado and during our home inspection, we discovered some serious issues with our window wells. One major discovery they made was an entire additional window well buried beneath one of the originals, which they dug out and properly removed. They also noticed water was draining toward our home instead of away from it, and fixed the issue to prevent future damage. Rick and his team were communicative every step of the way, took the time to answer all our questions, and clearly take great pride in their work. My window well was filling up and was having a hard time finding help for my issues. Luckily, I found Rick. He set up a consult, showed up when he said he would. He came out assessed the situation and my job was finished quickly! They even found a few other things that needed fixing and they went above and beyond and fixed those too. Rick and Cindy, the owners of Colorado Outdoor Life, are amazingly friendly, knowledgeable and ethical business professionals. I really enjoyed working with them and Victor, the Lead of the construction crew. Victor is so friendly and easy to talk with - the whole team was just great! I had four 31+ year old window wells that were a mess - rusty, holes in the sides, water was beginning to seep into the side walls. In 3 days, Victor and his team dug out the old and installed the new window wells - not window covers - window wells! That is Extremely hard work and the team was just wonderful. The men worked well together and they cleaned up the site when they were done. I highly recommend Colorado Outdoor Life. Rick and Cindy are an amazing team and Victor and his crew cannot be beat! "What an experience with Rick, Cindy, Victor and team. This past week we had all four of our window wells replaced. What a smooth and honest transition from old, rusty window wells to new beautiful window wells. My husband, Chuck and I can highly, highly recommend this company. They started on Monday and completed on Wednesday. Rick stated Victor and team would be at our house at 7 a.m. They arrived promptly at 7 a.m. This team never stopped working except for a quick lunch break, amazing since this is such hard work day in and out. Two window wells were replaced on the sides of our home with remaining two on our back patio. What a professionally job all the way around- hand shoving, removing and replacing the pavers and/or stone and covering plants, etc. to ensure the property remained in perfect condition once this job was completed. How they cleaned up, amazing! No traces of work left behind. Everyone was extremely professional and customer satisfaction came first before anything. Their costs were below their competitors. They also identified issues on our patio pavers and so we had no issue paying additional to have the addressed than to reach out to another company.. This company knows their business and how to successfully execute. We would have not issues reaching out to Rick, Cindy, Victor and team in the future relating to additional landscaping needs.
